Customer allows and agrees that COAST TO COAST CARRIERS is not a carrier. COAST TO COAST CARRIERS accepts no liability as a carrier unless COAST TO COAST CARRIERS receives, stores, or otherwise physically handles a shipment, and the loss, damage or delay occurs during its actual possession. Under no circumstances shall COAST TO COAST CARRIERS be responsible for any loss, damage, expense or delay to the goods for any reason whatsoever when said goods are in the possession, custody or control of carriers selected by COAST TO COAST CARRIERS or other third parties.

Please be advised all claims will be handled by Coast to Coast Carriers with the carrier that hauled the freight and will be processed by the carrier according to the carrier’s rules and regulations.
